By creating an account or otherwise using Halaqa Pro ("the service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
The service
Halaqa Pro helps study circle (halaqa) leaders organize modules and assignments, invite members, track progress, and share resources. Halaqa leaders and instructors are responsible for the content and members of their own halaqa.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to upload or share content you don't have the right to share, to harass or harm others, or for anything unlawful. We may suspend or remove access for accounts that violate this.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you upload (submissions, assets, profile picture, and so on). By uploading it, you give us permission to store it and show it to the other members of your halaqa - that's all we need to make the service work.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these terms.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Halaqa Pro isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
If we make material changes to these terms, we'll update the date above.
